Umupira nk’Inzozi, Ubuzima nk’Igihano: Icyo Abakinnyi b’u Rwanda Bavuga Nyuma yo Gukina

Abafana baririmbaga izina ryawe, abana bakambara numero yawe ku myenda, abanyamakuru bakavuga inkuru zawe buri munsi. Wari intwari, ishema ry’igihugu, isoko y’ibyishimo n’amarira y’abafana.

Ariko igihe kirahita. Umuvuduko w’amajwi y’abafana ugenda ucogora, inkuru zawe zigenda zicika ku mbuga nkoranyambaga, ubuzima bukugarukira ku murongo umwe: “Kuki ubuzima bwanjye bwahindutse gutya?”

Umukinnyi mu Rwanda akina nta bwishingizi, nta bwiteganyirize, rimwe na rimwe nta masezerano arengera uburenganzira bwe. Iyo avunitse, abura umushahara; iyo asezerewe, ntawe umwibuka.
Amafaranga abona mu gihe gito akina, ayakoresha ataratekereje ejo hazaza — rimwe na rimwe bitewe n’uko ntawe umwigisha uko ayacunga.

Aho kugira ngo umupira ube inzira y’iterambere, uba umuyoboro w’agahinda. Iyo umupira urangiye, ubuzima buba bugiye gutangira, ariko nta muntu uba yarabubateguriye.

Abakinnyi bamwe bavuga ko mu gihe bakina, bafatwa nk’abakoresha intsinzi. Ariko iyo bagize ikibazo cyangwa uburwayi, ntawe ubatekerezaho.
Amakipe amwe abona umukinnyi nk’icyuma cy’akazi, atari umuntu ufite amarangamutima, urugo cyangwa ibibazo by’ubuzima.
Iyo umukinnyi atakibashije gukina neza, atakigira aho ahagarara. Nta gahunda, nta burenganzira, nta kubyitaho — ahubwo ibivugwa ni “yarashaje”.


🩺 Ubuzima nyuma y’umupira: Aho amateka atazwi atangira

Abakinnyi benshi mu Rwanda bakina kuva bakiri bato, ntibabone amahirwe yo kwiga cyangwa gushora imari. Iyo carrière yabo irangiye, baba nta bundi bushobozi bafite bwo kwinjiza amafaranga.
Ni bwo ubuzima bushya butangira: bamwe bajya mu bucuruzi buto, abandi mu mirimo itari isanzwe, abandi bagasigara mu rugo.

Mu bindi bihugu, hari amashyirahamwe yita ku bakinnyi basoje gukina: akabafasha kwiga, kwihangira imirimo, cyangwa kwivuza. Mu Rwanda, iyo gahunda ntirabaho ku rwego rugaragara. Ni yo mpamvu hari abahoze ari ibyamamare, ariko ubu babaye abantu basanzwe, bamwe no mu buzima bushaririye.


🤝 Ni iki gikwiye gukorwa?

Iki kibazo ntigikwiye kureberwa nk’icy’abakinnyi bonyine.
Ni ikibazo cy’amakipe, cy’abayobozi b’imikino, n’abafana ubwabo.
Niba twishimira intsinzi zabo, tugomba no kubazirikana igihe batsinzwe n’ubuzima.

  1. Gushyiraho Ikigega cy’Abahoze ari Abakinnyi (Retired Players Fund) — kibafasha kwiga, gushora imari, no kwivuza.

  2. Amahugurwa y’imicungire y’imari n’ubumenyi bw’ubuzima nyuma y’umupira.

  3. Amasezerano y’ukuri yanditse neza kandi arengera umukinnyi.

  4. Ubwiteganyirize n’ubwishingizi ku bakinnyi bose bo mu cyiciro cya mbere.

  5. Kongera agaciro n’icyubahiro cy’umukinnyi nk’umukozi w’igihugu, si umukozi w’igihe gito.


💭 Iherezo: Iyo abafana bagiye, hakasigara iki?

Ubuzima bw’umukinnyi ntibugomba guhera ku munsi asezeye mu kibuga. Ni bwo buba butangiye.
Kuba umukinnyi ni ishema, ariko kuba igihugu cyita ku bakinnyi bacyo ni ubutwari.

Nitumwubahe igihe batsinda, ariko tunamwubahe cyane igihe batakiri muri stade.
Kuko aho amajwi y’abafana ashirira, ni ho ukuri kw’ubuzima gutangirira.
