Thomas Tuchel, coach of the England national team, expressed that he really admires Jude Bellingham’s mindset and passion, but also noted that sometimes this player’s language or behavior can worry him — especially for those more experienced like his own mother, who said Bellingham’s actions could be concerning.
Tuchel said:
“Sometimes Bellingham shows excessive emotions on the pitch — swearing, pushing things, and showing a lot of anger. I see it as a way of showing how much he gives to his team, but Mama sees it as inappropriate.”
However, Tuchel added that it is this will to win and bravery to never accept defeat that make Bellingham one of the strongest players. Yet, Tuchel emphasizes that these emotions must be controlled well so they don’t become a problem for the team or the game.
